Patient Resource Library

Welcome to the Patient Resource Library at the Middlesex Hospital Cancer Center. We are dedicated to meeting the information needs of people who want to learn more about cancer, treatment, and survivorship. All of our services are free of charge and open to the community.

Click on our links to reliable websites and helpful online resources. We include websites from only the most trusted organizations, giving you a good foundation for your information search.

We also welcome you at our on-site library at the Cancer Center. Our collection of books, videos, quick reference pamphlets and reading lists are easy to understand and yours to borrow. Our consumer librarian is available to help you navigate through special cancer databases using our high speed Internet connections.

Information comes in all sizes and shapes, and we have it all. Check us out!

Library Catalog

Feel free to search our online catalog. If you find something you would like to borrow, visit the library to fill out a registration form. All items can be checked out for one month.  You can also borrow our cancer information through any Connecticut public library. Just ask your librarian for help with an inter-library loan. This is a free library service to all Connecticut residents.
