Childbirth Preparation Class

Learn what to expect during the birth experience. The mechanics of labor and birth as well as tools for coping with the demands of labor are taught in this five–week series. A three-week refresher is also available. Classes are taught by experienced childbirth instructors and are held on an ongoing basis in Middletown and Essex.

Program Fee

$120 for five-week series, $70 for three–week refresher.
