Write this number down BEFORE YOU NEED IT! (860) 358-8000 It's the number for Middlesex Hospital's Poison Control Hotline, and it could save your life, or that of a loved one. Emergency assistance is available if you suspect that a child or another individual ingested a poisonous substance. Staff members use a computerized index to determine whether the substance is poison and what treatment is required. This free service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
