Family Practice Group
The Family Practice Group is operated by Middlesex Hospital's Family Practice Residency Program and provides complete medical care for men, women, and children of any age. Services include prenatal care and delivery, newborn care, child and adolescent health and minor surgery. Patients of all ages and socioeconomic levels are welcome, and most insurance plans are accepted. The Family Practice Group has three locations: Middletown (860) 344-6300, Portland, (860) 342-7100, and East Hampton, (860) 358-3500.
