Special Driving Information

During the construction of our new Emergency Department there will be at times some changes to traffic flow around the hospital. But if you are at all concerned about traveling here, don’t be – because getting to Middlesex Hospital has never been easier.

In addition to signs near the entrance of the hospital, a number of blue “H” signs have been added on Route 9 and surrounding local roads. So all you have to do is follow the signs for the most direct access to the hospital and, especially, the Emergency Department.

We would also like to emphasize that, as of September 1, Crescent Street is a ONE WAY street, with traffic entering only from South Main Street and exiting onto Main Street Extension.

Please note that the hospital’s main entrance and the current Emergency Department entrance will remain open during the construction process.

We apologize for any inconvenience the construction may cause, but rest assured, our new department will prove once again our commitment to the communities of Middlesex County.
