Comprehensive Breast Center

Middlesex Hospital is a fully accredited Comprehensive Breast Center, only the third hospital in Connecticut to receive this national designation. As such, the Center provides a multidisciplinary, technologically advanced approach to care in an easily accessible location. The comprehensive program provides clinical, diagnostic, and support services to patients, before, during or after their services or treatment.

The Comprehensive Breast Center utilizes a professional team approach that offers patients the latest in technology and advanced diagnostic procedures; quick access to medical and/or surgical oncology services and the added value of the personal service of a Nurse Navigator for each patient diagnosed with breast cancer.
