The mission of Middlesex Health Services is to sponsor high quality healthcare-related services that are complementary to those offered by Middlesex Hospital. Middlesex Health Services is a not-for-profit entity.

Middlesex Health Resources, Inc.

The mission of Middlesex Health Resources is to sponsor high quality healthcare-related services that are complementary to those offered by Middlesex Hospital. Middlesex Health Resources is a for-profit entity, and the Company is involved in the ownership of hospital-related real estate, a hospital collection agency and a home infusion business.
