At One MacDonough Place, there are no hidden costs. One monthly fee covers the cost of your apartment, utilities (except phone and cable television), use of the community amenities and services. Additional services are available for a fee. Short-term stays are charged on a daily rate basis.
Our all-inclusive service fees include most of your daily needs including up to 50 minutes of health care a day. One low monthly rental fee ranging from $3,640 to $4,258 keeps you in control of your assets. Your monthly rent can be adjusted to accommodate less or greater health care needs. Short-term stays are offered at $99 a day for a studio and $99 a day for a one bedroom apartment.

Private insurance is accepted, however Medicaid is not. Medicare is only accepted for visiting nurse services such as physical, occupational or speech therapy.
