Located close by to the Medical Center in the Marlborough Tavern Green, the Outpatient Rehabilitation Office is a resource for creating customized programs to speed your recovery.

Rehabilitation Services uses physical agents to restore function, reduce pain and deliver effective outcome.

MH Rehabilitation is a multi–faceted hospital based program which includes Inpatient, Outpatient and Homecare services.

Patient care is delivered within the scope of practice of the licensed professionals who make up the Rehab Team. These include physical and occupational therapists and assistants and speech language pathologists.

Customer expectations are defined at the initial evaluation and in discharge planning to ensure a high level of patient participation.

In order to obtain Rehab services a patient must have written orders from his/her physician requesting evaluation and treatment. Once an evaluation is complete there is communication with the referring physician regarding the plan of care established for that patient.
